Maserati Winter Tour: Excitement And Control In The Snow
The Maserati S Q4 all-wheel drive range begins its tour of the most beautiful Italian ski resorts, along with former Slalom World Champion Giorgio Rocca.
During the weekend, The Maserati Winter Tour started simultaneously in Courmayeur and Livigno simultaneously. It is set to be a tour full of glamour and sophistication during which the winter sports enthusiasts will be able to combine their passion with the exceptional dynamic qualities of the Maserati S Q4 all-wheel drive range.
During the Tour a fleet of Maserati Ghibli and Quattroporte S Q4s, equipped with winter snow tyres supplied by Pirelli and accompanied by a team of professional instructors from the Maserati Driving School of former Formula 1 driver Andrea de Adamich, will be available to participants to reveal all the secrets of driving in low grip conditions. The operation of the ‘on demand’ Maserati Q4 all-wheel drive system will also be demonstrated, as it combines the sportiness of the rear-wheel drive with the security that only an all-wheel drive can provide in critical situations.
Star guest of the Maserati Winter Tour is the former Slalom World Champion Giorgio Rocca, who will offer participants the opportunity to take advantage of ski lessons with private instructors from the Giorgio Rocca Ski Academy.
The atmosphere of elegance that always surrounds the Trident brand will continue throughout the winter season at the most exclusive ski resorts: in Courmayeur at the Hotel Royal e Golf in the new Maserati Luxury outdoor seating area, in St. Moritz at the central Via Maistra in the new Maserati Showroom, and in Cortina at the Maserati Club House of the Cortina d’Ampezzo Yacht Club, an après-ski must that will enliven the 2013-14 winter season from 20 December at the Grand Hotel Savoia.
The next round of the Maserati Winter Tour, with test drives of the all-wheel drive Quattroporte and Ghibli S Q4 models, is scheduled for the 28 and 29 December in Cortina, in collaboration with the Cortina D’Ampezzo Yacht Club, whilst from 12 to 16 January in St. Moritz the snow driving course ‘Maserati on Snow’ will take place.
